SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mingdoo Art. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are custom printed-on-demand just for you! Production takes 2-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, production may be delayed by a few days. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We proudly ship our products directly from our printing facilities in the United States. 
• Shipping Method: Standard Shipping
• Estimated Delivery Time: 5-9 business days (after production is completed)
• Shipping Cost: $4.99 flat rate for all orders within the United States.

*Note: Total delivery time typically ranges from 7 to 13 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather or carrier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

4. Defective or Damaged Items
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you received your order damaged or misprinted during transit, please contact our support team at mingdooart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a brand-new replacement shipped to you completely free of charge.
